Shipping Information

Orders are usually processed in 3-5 BUSINESS days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in 8-10 BUSINESS days after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Merchandise is shipped from the Manufacturer in CA. Shipping is via UPS unless going to a PO Box, then it goes via USPS and is not trackable. All items carry insurance.

If you request on your order for "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", and U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or is damaged, then the liability will be strictly yours.

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US APO's/Military Bases:

Shipping cost are $20.00 MINIMUM or 50% of the Regular Wholesale Price of the order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail taking 2-3 weeks for delivery.

International

We do not currently ship internationally. We will however, ship to a port of your choice.

Return Policy

All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty.

Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where. All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within thirty (20) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

Discontinued / Out of Stock

If an item or items is/are not available, we can not backorder and will refund your funds for any "Discontinued" or "Out of Stock" item[s]. If an item is "Out of Stock" and is expected to be in within 24 hrs, we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 24 hrs or to proceed with a refund. If you receive a refund, please read your email because we will let you know via email why you are receiving a refund.
